I've been all over, & plan to go much further! From live news interviews to website features, educational videos & even the backdrop of a treatment centre's website, my face and words have been spotted. Here's some grabs of where. If you want to book Morgan Rae Brown as a speaker at an event, please contact through here.
Eating Disorder Awareness/Advocacy
I have done multiple speaking & video opportunities with treatment centers, and The National Eating Disorders Association. I look forward to my next opportunity to speak or dive into another piece to help raise awareness to the mental disorder with the highest mortality rate.
Childhood Cancer
Through a job I previously had, I found my love specifically for St. Jude. After learning all about what they stand for and where specifically each and every dollar goes to, how could I not support such a great cause and place? After raising over $2,000 dollars individually in less than a month, I decided to take on more. Sitting on the Committee for Michigan, we collectively raised over $100k for that year's walk/run. St. Jude will always be near and dear to my heart. If you are ever looking for a new place to volunteer or donate, I highly recommend St. Jude.
Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault
To my dying day I will support these two causes. Over time I have adapted the mantra Take Your Life Back. This comes from the healing process. Taking your life back and feeling both empowered and in control are vital to healing. One place in particular that has tight hold on my heart strings is Turning Point Inc. Every victim and survivor receives services that are most times life changing and completely free of cost. Due to this phenomenal resource at no cost to you, they rely heavily upon donations. When it comes to raising money, they are at the top of my list. Odds are you may not be near by here, but they have personally impacted me, so I will always support and give gratitude by name. Please consider donating here.
